Photography Services

Booking and Reservation

When booking photography services with us:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total service fee) is required to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled session date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• All bookings are subject to our availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Session Policies

For photography sessions:

• We reserve the right to use our professional judgment regarding location, poses, and photographic style.
• Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits for photography at specific locations.
• Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in shortened sessions without adjustment to the fee.
• Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 48 hours notice, subject to our availability.
• In the event of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional fee.

Delivery of Images

Regarding the delivery of your photographs:

• Typical delivery time for final edited images is 3-4 weeks after your session, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• Images will be provided in digital format through an online gallery unless other arrangements are made.
• Online galleries will remain active for 30 days, after which they may be archived or removed.
• Additional fees may apply for rush editing or extended gallery hosting.

Intellectual Property

Copyright

CinderBanks Photography retains copyright of all images created during your session in accordance with UK Copyright Law. When you purchase photography services from us:

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use, print, and share the images for personal use.
• Commercial use, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or sale of images, requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.
• Editing, altering, or modifying our images, including applying filters or cropping, is prohibited without our express written permission.
• When sharing images on social media, proper credit to 'CinderBanks Photography' is appreciated but not required for personal use.

Model Release

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• We reserve the right to use images from your session for our portfolio, social media, advertising, contests, educational purposes, and other promotional materials.
• If you wish to restrict the use of your images, you must request this in writing before your session.
• We respect your privacy and will not use images in a manner that could be deemed harmful or unflattering.

Website Content

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and audio, is the property of CinderBanks Photography or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast, or circulate any content from our website without prior written consent from CinderBanks Photography.
